Pakistan PM authorizes military response if India attacks

ISLAMABAD (AP) — Pakistan's prime minister on Thursday authorized the armed forces to "respond decisively and comprehensively to any aggression or misadventure" by neighboring India, as tensions soared between the nuclear-armed rivals.
